I've been doing a lot of home workouts during lockdown, but it was so refreshing to take part in the Sunday Sweat sessions and be connected to other women at the same time. I really felt that they lifted my energy and mood! Every instructor has been clear and knowledgeable and it's been fun to take part in different types of classes. I'd forgotten how much fun exercising with others was!

Highly recommend - The Shania Twain dance routine for the dance HIIT was a personal favourite :)

The Workout & Wine Down bootcamp event was just perfect! I joined with my friend Kelly after hearing so much about it and it didn't disappoint! The environment was so fun and inclusive.

It was a tough workout leaving us feeling like we'd absolutely smashed it! 

Philippa's also great a checking everybody's form throughout the session which I think is great and not a lot of group trainers often do that very well.
